Sport 8888 Terms & Conditions — Malaysia Platform Usage Policy

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and Sport 8888 ("Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the Sport 8888 website, mobile application, and all associated services.

By clicking "Register", "Log In", or by accessing or using the Sport 8888 platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms in full. This acceptance applies each time you use the platform, including each time the Terms are updated.

Every Sport 8888 member is fully responsible for the security of their own account. This includes:

A Sport 8888 account is for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another person. Any attempt to transfer an account or account balance to a third party is prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

Sport 8888 employs an automated fraud detection system that monitors for unusual betting patterns. Bets suspected of involving match manipulation, collusion, or exploitation of technical errors may be held pending further investigation before payouts are processed.

Sport 8888 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses for new members, weekly reload bonuses, sports betting cashback, and special promotions tied to events such as the Thomas Cup, SEA Games, and major football matches. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Rollover Requirements: Each bonus carries a rollover (turnover) requirement as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the rollover requirement has been fully met.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have a set validity period. Bonuses that are not used within the validity period will expire automatically without compensation.
• One Active Bonus at a Time: Members may only hold one active bonus at a time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Betting Limits While a Bonus is Active: A single bet exceeding RM500 while a bonus is active may disqualify that bonus.

Sport 8888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any attempt to exploit or abuse the bonus system — including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account termination.

Use of the Sport 8888 platform is subject to the following prohibitions. Violation of any of these may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account for the same individual or household.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to exploit the betting or casino system.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering through the Sport 8888 platform.
• Sharing or selling your account to a third party.
• Exploiting technical errors, odds mistakes, or system bugs for unfair gain.
• Colluding with other players in Live Casino games to manipulate outcomes.
• Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.

Sport 8888 reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to suspend or terminate any member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms & Conditions.

• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with no transactions.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the Sport 8888 support team. For accounts closed at a member's request, any valid balance will be refunded within 5 business days after all investigative checks have been completed.

In cases where an account is terminated due to a breach of these terms, Sport 8888 reserves the right to withhold the account balance, subject to the outcome of an internal investigation and, where applicable, a ruling by the relevant legal authority.

Sport 8888 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or fully meet your requirements. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law:

• Sport 8888 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Sport 8888's total liability to any member shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• Sport 8888 is not liable for service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including internet outages, power failures, or third-party actions.
• Sport 8888 is not responsible for the content or policies of any third-party websites that may be linked from our platform.

Sport 8888 takes a serious and proactive approach to responsible gambling. We believe that betting should be a safe, controlled form of entertainment — not a source of stress or financial hardship.

As part of our commitment, Sport 8888 provides the following tools to all members:

• Personal Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from your account settings.
• Betting Limits: Set a maximum limit on how much you can wager at any one time.
• Temporary Break: Take a break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months.
